Contest Prep

Today marks eight weeks until the World Tri-Fitness Challenge. Two major improvements can be shared from last week.  My Splenda consumption has been restricted  to one Splenda packet and one Stevia packet. And, my recovering right knee has been better since I eliminated cardio from the daily activity schedule. Yesterday, I completed the obstacle course with NO brace. It was a fluke that I weighed in five pounds less on Saturday, because I weighed again on Sunday with one pound and a half loss. This reduction seems more realistic. I have approximately 10 more pounds to lose before contest date. My goal: 145 lbs in order to bench press (60%  of body weight) for 50 reps.
